    Provides support to one or more Program Managers, helping to ensure program is executed successfully. Under the leadership of Program Manager, will perform a wide range of tasks to help drive overall implementation of program goals and objectives.

What you should expect in this role

  • 8 years+ in a customer or service focused administrative environment

  •  

    Degree level qualification, high level of English Language and Mathematics

  •  

    Tech savvy including sound knowledge in Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

  • Previous experience of program co-ordination/administration in an IT environment

  •  

    Experience of handling inbound and outbound communications by email, telephone and virtual

  •  

    Experience of administrative projects
